“Adam came and did maintenance on a furnace that was my mother's and I knew nothing about. He carefully explained every part of the furnace to me and what it's use was . He also explained what parts would need to be replaced if they weren't working. I was grateful for his help in explaining every part of the Furnace. He did everything in a very timely manner considering I asked multiple questions.. I would recommend this company to anyone because I did call other companies and they were not as easy to deal with or would come so soon.”

“I noticed that the pump to the Central Air Unit was leaking. Since I’ve used K.O. HVAC in the past, I knew they would get the job done. Adam came to fix the unit. He was on time and he explained what needed to be done to get the unit working properly. He fixed the issue within 40 minutes. I highly recommend K.O. HVAC… they are the best in the business.”

I can’t say enough good things about K.O. HVAC. Their customer service is unmatched. My basement flooded on Monday and the furnace was damaged. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said Steve might be able to get there today. He was there in about 15 minutes and had the furnace diagnosed and parts ordered the same day. I now have heat just in time for Christmas. Thanks again to Steve and the team at K.O. HVAC. I highly recommend them.
