I can’t say enough good things about K.O. HVAC. Their customer service is unmatched. My basement flooded on Monday and the furnace was damaged. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said Steve might be able to get there today. He was there in about 15 minutes and had the furnace diagnosed and parts ordered the same day.
